How long does delivery take?
+Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, express delivery takes 1-2 business days, and same-day delivery is available in Karachi for orders placed before 2 PM.
Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?
+Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with major cities receiving faster delivery.
Can I track my order?
+Yes, you'll receive tracking information via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order through our website.
What if I'm not available for delivery?
+Our delivery team will attempt delivery twice. If you're not available, they'll leave a contact number for you to reschedule delivery.
Is there a minimum order amount for free shipping?
+Yes, free shipping is available on orders over Rs. 2,500. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
+We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and PayPal. COD is available nationwide, while other methods are processed instantly.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
+With COD, you pay when your order arrives. Simply select COD at checkout, and our delivery team will collect payment upon delivery. No advance payment required.
Can I pay with JazzCash?
+Yes, JazzCash payments are accepted and processed instantly. You'll receive a payment link via SMS to complete your transaction securely.
Is bank transfer available?
+Yes, you can pay via bank transfer to our account. We'll provide bank details after order confirmation, and your order will be processed once payment is verified.
Are my payment details secure?

Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return an item?
+You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
+Return shipping is free for size exchanges. For regular returns, you may need to cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Can I exchange for a different item?
+Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size. For different items, you'll need to return and place a new order.
